My journey in IT started over a decade ago. I’ve worked my way up from “Cable Guy” to a National Sales Engineer working with enterprise clients and state governments.

Through my years in the industry, I’ve seen firsthand how frustrating and expensive it can be for small businesses to get the tech support they need.

With a B.S. in Network Operations and Security, an M.S. in IT Management, and certifications across networking, security, and IoT, I’ve built my expertise on real-world problem-solving.

I started Data Ladle because I saw a gap—small businesses need enterprise-grade solutions without enterprise-level headaches.

My goal is to make IT simple and accessible. Whether it’s setting up a rock-solid network, streamlining operations with smart sensors, or providing AI-driven insights, I’m here to bring practical solutions that actually help businesses run better.
